Who are we?

People Change Matters Ltd was founded in 2007 by Mike Oliver, a consultant, trainer and facilitator with over 20 years' experience across a variety of industry sectors and countries.

Mike has established a network of like-minded people who share a passion for enjoying the work they do. Our philosophy is that you spend so much of your life at work - you might as well try and enjoy it. As enthusiasm can be infectious, clients really enjoy working with us too.
