Managing Change

We have plenty of experience managing the people aspects of organisational change.

Everyone knows the famous statistic that 7 out of 10 change programmes fail to achieve their stated objectives. But have you ever wondered why?

Not surprisingly it is down to not investing enough in thinking about the people side of change. People change really does matter!

We’ve worked on scores of change projects and programmes in a variety of industries and countries, and have the battle scars to prove it.

We won’t bore you with the detailed methodologies we use but in a nutshell our approach to maximising the chances of success of a change project is to involve the people impacted by the change as much as possible.
